Before my gastric sleeve surgery, I was a morbidly obese man with diabetes, sleep apnea, low energy, high cholesterol and triglycerides. Dr. Dyer and his staff were supportive and informative throughout the process of deciding to have surgery as well as during and now after surgery. I felt completely confident in my decision when I went in for surgery having had all my questions answered. Before my surgery I had tried many different diet plans without success. Besides being very overweight, at age 60, I had daily reflux. I was worried about taking such a drastic step of surgery but Dr. Dyer put my mind at ease explaining everything in detail. He recommended bypass due to my chronic reflux and reassured me that I would do fine. I'm 11 months post-op, and doing great, and haven't had reflux since surgery. My entire experience from start to finish was great. His excellent staff is always available to answer any questions that I might have.
